Warranty

Cabintek LLC/Woody Cabins warrants that all parts are included based on the final cabin kit blueprints and material lists and will fit as intended. Some trimming or cutting may be required. Cabintek LLC or affiliated companies disclaim any responsibility for the outcome of the installed product or injuries that may occur during or after installation. Purchaser is responsible to ensure that all local and state codes are adhered to and further understands any building or zoning codes are not the responsibility of Cabintek LLC. Safe working conditions are the responsibility of the Purchaser. Cabintek LLC/Woody Cabins does not warrant natural characteristics unique to timber including but not limited to the fact that natural logs and lumber are used in the construction of the Woody log building kit and may have characteristics that include knots, scars, blemishes, cracks, checks, mineral staining, roughness, undefined moisture content, warps, and twists. We are unable to warrant against such natural tendencies. The Purchaser also understands that all log buildings require special maintenance. Cabintek LLC/Woody Cabins will supply any missing or defective unique log kit part for up to 90 days following delivery. Some restrictions apply. Building blueprints are normally included as part of the Woody log kit package. It is understood that every effort is made to ensure accuracy of the building blueprints and the Purchaser understands that some discrepancies may occur between the finished constructed product and the blueprints. General estimating practices include 5-10% overages in certain common building materials. Miss cut material is not the responsibility of Cabintek LLC/Woody Cabins or its authorized dealers. A good faith effort will be made to maximize general building materials accuracy. Warranties of outside vended products are the responsibility of that vendor, not Cabintek LLC/Woody Cabins. General building materials are supplied based on the final blueprints and the final packing list. These materials are not returnable or chargeable if over supply or under supply occurs.
